Responsibilities

• Teaching extensive and demanding EfW processes and systems, Basic course.
• Planning and monitoring system and specialist courses.
• Teaching operation and maintenance to staff at site.
• Ensures that all activities related to client training are on time completed to the required standard
• Ensures that work within the area of responsibility is executed in accordance with the contract, and conform with project timeline, budget and HSEQ requirements.
• Coordinates the training schedule with the client’s personnel, the project team, the suppliers, the commissioning team, the operation team and the HZI specialists.
• Travels to construction sites and teaches on Energy-from-Waste plants.

Requirements

• Process engineering and working knowledge of process engineering.
• Qualification in training technical professionals.
• Understanding and quick perception of technical connections.
• Experience in plant operation or commissioning.
• Experience as a trainer, instructor or teacher.
• Can develop training concepts that comply with the contract and largely with the HZI standard.
• Didactic flair to bring complex content to the point.
• Can motivate participants of the learning objectives.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word/Visio/Excel).
