Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE to join a small, friendly, and ambitious marketing team within a leading global energy consultancy company. The successful candidate will have a proven track record from demand generation and multi-channel campaign execution, preferably within a B2B environment, and will be motivated by the prospect of playing a pivotal role in an expanding business.

As a Marketing Executive part of our Global Marketing & Communications team, you will ensure that our communities are kept up to date with the latest and most relevant knowledge to further advance access to energy worldwide. Working within a lean organization with great ambition, you will have the chance to have a huge influence on the delivery of our integrated marketing campaigns to drive sustainable business growth.

This role will see you actively support the Global Marketing & Communications Manager with the day-to-day delivery of external communications strategies across all marketing channels. Your primary focus will be on generating high-quality leads for the Penspen business through the execution of inbound and outbound marketing activities. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects from start to finish, from the development of digital channels, management of the marketing funnel and lead generation process in the CRM, to content creation of online and offline marketing assets such as white papers, case studies, brochures, blog posts and thought leadership articles.

Requirements

• Ideally, 3+ years in a similar role - preferably within a B2B environment
• Relevant degree in Marketing/Communications
• Evidence of implementing measurable 360 marketing campaigns
• Essential knowledge of digital marketing techniques
• Experience measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, bounce rate etc
• Ability to understand commercial objectives and interpret these into strong and focused briefs
• Excellent planner with the ability to deliver outstanding projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal
• Advanced IT knowledge
• Accuracy and a good eye for detail is essential
• Positive, creative, and influential mindset
• A motivated self-starter with a desire to make an impact
