Responsibilities

• Managing and update document control system to ensure that project documents are properly recorded and maintained
• Responsible in handling and managing incoming and outgoing correspondences.
• Providing all administrative support in preparation in Monthly Report, monthly invoices and Variation.
• Manages, maintains and assists in the preparation and submission of all reports/documents such as progress reports, dashboards, payments, variations and all other deliverables required by the Client and is responsible in ensuring that deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Proficiency in the use of Damac Connect (DConnect) and other EDMS/ DC tools (MS Office suite).
• Minimum 5+ Years of experience in CONSULTANT firm / construction business
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, pro-active and can work with minimal supervision

Salary

• AED 4,500/-
