Providing digitization and automation solutions, develop and maintain business applications and implement innovative solutions to meet ADGM’s customer and business needs while ensuring consistent use of best practice methodologies with timely and effective delivery execution.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, solutioning, and supervising all activities related to the assigned business applications including software programs, applications, and third-party solutions as required to meet the business requirements of the organization.
- Reviews assigned business applications, and designs a technical management strategy to meet operational needs; defines resource requirements, and scope and relative priorities of assigned projects.
- Develops assigned business applications; monitors operations and assures the quality of the support services; analyses operational results and develops action plans.
- Develop and operate innovative solutions to meet the requirements of a multi-channel point of interactions for the internal and external clients utilising best practices.
- Aligns business goals with assigned applications roadmaps and priorities
- Provides support for users of assigned business applications; defines problems, identifies and isolates errors, and implements technical solutions to solve problems.
- Manages vendor relationships for assigned applications and platforms and monitors their performance against expectations and contractual obligations.
- Manage onshore and offshore professionals responsible for all developments and operations and maintenance of assigned business applications.
- Evaluates and analyses IT issues, and recommends and implements solutions.
- Recommends improvements to the overall management and development of Business Applications; assures effective communication of operational issues; manages assigned applications implementation and upgrade projects.
- Supports Technology Services by acting as business relationship manager and a trusted advisor to business across ADGM Authorities and various Divisions and Functions covering the assigned Applications and Projects.

Requirements
Education
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
Work Experience
- Minimim 8- 10+ years’ experience in Application management and development role.
- Ability to demonstrate strong understanding of business needs – ensuring that IT solutions align with strategy and requirements.
- Experience of stakeholder engagement and management up to Senior Executive levels
- Experience of application management concepts, strategies, methodologies, best practices, techniques and technologies.
- Experienced in end-to-end project delivery including requirements elicitation, gathering and re-engineering, documentation at all levels of SDLC, review of the test cases, conducting user acceptance testing and user trainings.
- Experience running formal procurement exercises and negotiating resulting contracts for application licenses, implementation and support
- Experience with Enterprise CRM platforms.
- Experience with Web portals, i.e. internet, intranet.
- Experience with automation and digitization.
- Experience in the management of financial systems (banking, investment banking, FinTech)
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisations supported both internally and externally
- Fluent in Business English
