Responsibilities
- Process all type of visas, employment permits on time
- Handle all documentation and tasks concerning to MOL and Immigration
- Follow up and ensure the timely renewal of legal documents such as visas, passports, medical, Emirates ID, etc.
- Liase with government authorities on labor and immigration rules and provide updates to Human resources of changes as appropriate
- Book appointment, ensure and coordinate medical, finger print and visa stamping of staff

Requirements
- Must know English and ARABIC typing
- Must know MOL, Medical, EID and Immigration typing
- Experience working with typing centers, Tasheel, etc
- Good verbal and written and communication
- with valid UAE driving license
