Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the delivery of Company documents ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times
- Ensuing the safe and practical transportation of individuals to events
- Performing the duties of local courier service
- Assist with the scanning of documents and other ad-hoc general office administration as and when required
- Airport pick up and drop off for guests
- Maintain high standard of quality in terms of work ethic and customer experience.
- Act in a highly professional and courteous manner at all times.
- Adhere to Best Practice Processes, Client Services Standards and to all relevant statutory or regulatory requirements
- Work flexibly within the team to support changing business needs.
- Ensure that the company’s brand values, principles, and styles are adopted and utilized for all communication.

Requirements
- Valid, clean UAE driver license
- Customer Service focussed
- Solid communication skills with good English capability able to communicate with colleagues and external parties
- Confident, capable driver who remains safety conscious at all times
- Knowledgeable of UAE Road and Traffic Laws
- Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
